Who is this course for?

This course is for candidates who have already completed a Level 2 Instructor course and are looking to lead group indoor cycling sessions.

Course Content

Programming and delivery of safe and effective Indoor Cycling sessions
Emphasis is on technical and visualisation skills required to perform a variety of classes
Client screen/health and safety
Bike set up and class layout
Apply the principles of training to indoor cycling
Appropriate use of music/legalities

Course Structure

The theory units are delivered through a variety of lecture and class discussions and are supported by PowerPoint presentation and student handbooks. The practical unit is delivered in a fitness studio in the form of teaching workshops and practical experiences

Assessments

Plan and teach a group indoor cycling session plus in class theory exam.

Additional Information

Course costs include handbook, Certificate and all assessment materials. This qualification does not grant you full level 2 status on REP's, but offers CPD points. This course has been mapped to OFQUAL unit number J/601/3135 (part).
