This
qualification is of benefit to candidates who wish to enhance their
fitness qualifications to include sessions away from the conventional
fitness setting. |

| Course Content: |
|
On this course
you will learn how to move away from the traditional gym setting and
design programmes of exercise at work, in the home and outdoor using a
variety of small portable equipment and walking. |
| Course Structure: |
|
This
qualification is delivered through a combination of lectures and
practical workshops, they are supported by PowerPoint presentations and
a student handbook. |
| Assessment: |
|
You
need to design a programme card for a client or small group. To evidence
your practical skills, you need to bring a participant (a friend or a
relative) to the training venue and lead them through the program you
have designed. A trained assessor will discreetly observe the session
and compare your performance against set criteria that you will have
been working with throughout your course. You will receive your result
immediately after the observation. |

To register
on this course you must be in possession of a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness
Instruction. |
